whiteinn last played in LFL with Karmine Corp in 2023
Alexandru “whiteinn” Kolozsvari is set to join Ici Japon Corp ahead of the 2026 season, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. The 25-year-old support returns to the LFL after a first stint with Karmine Corp in Spring 2023. This time, he joins IJC as the team kicks off its second year in the French top division by securing its fifth player of the offseason after Osman "Kaboom" Onur Korkmaz and Lucas "Badlulu" Piochaud, Thomas "Soldier" Haudecoeur and Oliver “Dajor” Ryppa.
whiteinn arrives with years of experience in ERLs under his belt. Starting his career in Romania’s amateur scene, he went on to win one EBL title (Balkans) and four Superliga championships — two with Los Heretics in 2022 and 2024, and one with Barça eSports in Spring 2025. He has also competed eight times at the EMEA Masters, lifting the trophy in 2022 with Heretics. Per sources, veteran Pierre "Steeelback" Medjaldi has also been considered.
IJC Rebuilding Ahead of 2026
Despite being a young organization in the French ecosystem, Ici Japon Corp has already made a strong impression. After starting in LFL Division 2 at the beginning of 2024, the team dominated both splits and earned promotion to the LFL by defeating AEGIS in the Up & Down tournament. Once in the league, they immediately fielded a competitive roster for Winter 2025, featuring players like Lee “Hans SamD” Jae-hoon and rookie Theo “Theocacs” Sauda.
Together, they reached the LFL Winter Finals and the EMEA Masters Grand Final, though they lost 0–3 to Los Ratones. The following two splits were less successful, with IJC struggling in the league’s punishing format. The team also suffered from the midseason departure of Hans SamD to Natus Vincere and failed to qualify again for the EMEA Masters.
Now, on that bittersweet note, IJC is rebuilding to stay competitive for 2026. In a league currently dominated by Karmine Corp Blue — fresh off their EMEA Masters Summer title and back-to-back LFL championships before their promotion to the LEC under Riot’s new format — IJC’s move marks a clear step toward stability. By adding whiteinn, the organization retains valuable experience in the support role, previously held by Olivier “Prime” Payet, who is heading to KCB for the upcoming season.
