Rin and Kaiser's contracts expired
Although already competing in the 2025 Iberian Cup, Los Heretics are set to make two roster changes mid-tournament, welcoming Théo “Booshi” Mouchiroud and Erwin “Alaric” Cader to replace Khalil “Rin” Sahraoui and Norman “Kaiser” Kaiser, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. Rin’s one-year contract has expired, which included an optional extension only in the case of a promotion to the LEC, while Kaiser's contract simply ended as planned.
The two new players will debut on November 21 for the Iberian Cup semifinals, where Los Heretics face UCAM Esports after defeating Nocturne Gale in the previous round with their original roster.
Time to shine during the offseason
Los Heretics are parting ways with two of the players who helped them win this year’s Superliga Winter Split and reach the EMEA Masters Summer Finals, where they fell to Karmine Corp Blue in front of the Paris Games Week crowd.
The replacements, however, are among the hottest rising prospects of this offseason. Booshi, a French ADC, has shown rapid growth this year. After pausing his career for several months due to an arm injury, he returned to competition with BK ROG in the LFL and went on to win the Spring Split in dominant fashion. Alongside OMON, he was one of the main reasons behind BK ROG’s domestic and international success, reaching the EMEA Masters semifinals.
Alaric is also viewed as a highly promising talent. At only 19 years old and without any major achievements yet, he peaked at 1166 LP in solo queue and has already caught the attention of several major organizations. Playing for Los Heretics in this semifinal—and potentially the final—could serve as a key showcase of his skill for the first time.
