Garv began his pro journey in 2024
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Global Esports has signed Norbu “karam1l” Tsering and Garv “Garv” Agrawal to its Academy roster ahead of VALORANT Challengers South Asia Split 3. The two players bring contrasting backgrounds and roles, combining veteran leadership and flexible firepower in a move that highlights GE’s long-term development strategy.
karam1l, 26, is one of the more experienced players in the South Asian FPS scene. He spent several years competing in Counter-Strike from 2018 to 2022 before transitioning to VALORANT. A Sentinel player, he previously played for GodLike Esports and Reckoning Esports, and also represented Global Esports during his CS career. Known for his calm decision-making and strong fundamentals, karam1l is expected to bring structure and stability to the Academy squad.
A rising flex talent
Garv is a more recent addition to the competitive scene, having started in early 2024 with Van Dijk Fan Club. Originally playing Duelists, he transitioned into Initiator roles during his stint with Reckoning Esports, where he helped the team finish second in VALORANT Challengers South Asia Split 3. His flexibility across roles makes him a valuable asset in the Academy's new-look core.
The duo arrives following the recent removal of Afaque "Envy2K" Shaikh, Vishwaratn "LilBOii" Srivastav and Karan "SmokeA" Sharma from the Global Esports Academy roster late last month. With those changes, the team has moved away from a six-man structure and is now expected to operate with a traditional five-player core heading into Split 3.
