Koldo returns after months without having partaken in any competitive play.
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Luís "Koldo" Pérez García would return to competitive play with Veni Vidi Vici for the Superliga Dominos Final Four on August 30th and 31st. The Spanish jungler would step back into the scene after announcing a few months ago that he was retiring from competitive League of Legends to become a content creator on social media, taking charge of UCAM Esports’ co-stream.
What's the matter with Oleg?
Oleg "Oleg" Karkachev, current jungler of Veni Vidi Vici, will not be able to travel to Spain for the Superliga Dominos Final Four. This is due to him being unable to secure the necessary documentation to attend the event in time. The Russian jungler joined the organization at the start of the Summer Split, finishing among the top 6.
VVV, however, will still be present at the Final Four thanks to their strong results on Winter Split, finishing third, and on Spring Split, finishing fifth. The organization accumulated enough points to qualify for the final stage, where they will face GIANTX Pride, Los Heretics, and Barça eSports, clearly entering as the underdog.
The competition will take place on August 30th and 31st in Madrid, featuring two semifinals and a best-of-five final. Veni Vidi Vici will go up against Los Heretics, while Barça eSports will face GIANTX on the other side of the bracket.
