This is the last patch before MSI which starts on June 27
The League of Legends 25.13 Patch Notes are out. According to Riot’s official schedule, Patch 25.13 is expected to drop on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. This is the last patch before Mid Season Invitational, which brings a lot of buffs to several champions. For information, MSI will start on June 27.
Overall, this patch doesn’t bring any major changes but fine-tunes a few champion situations. It mainly buffs champions we don’t often see in pro play, especially in the jungle, like Briar, Rammus, and Kindred, with tweaks to cooldowns and damage ratios. On the other hand, Riot is dialing back some of the bigger buffs from the last patch, reducing the damage on Ryze’s W and increasing the cooldown on Twisted Fate’s R once again. Vi and Yorick will also be a bit less tanky.

Buffs:
- Champions: Briar, Fiddlesticks, Gangplank, Irelia, Kindred, Nidalee, Rammus
Nerfs:
- Champions: Ryze, Twisted Fate, Vi, Yorick

"We wanted to swing more heavy on 25.12, so that we'd have time to see how it landed and then follow up in 25.13.
Gangplank
- GP's harassment ability has been a bit worse for wear ever since biscuit's mana removal and while we gave him some mana regen to compensate, it wasn't enough - While we don't love it when he's only viable through Q spamming on champs, he could use a little more in that department
- Also buffing up some of his unique outputs to buff up one of his unique outputs relative to the roster
Irelia
- She's just weak; wanting to buff up her ability to win in extended skirmishes when she's got her passive stacked, especially in lane as that is more high ELO skewed
- Our changes a while ago to unskew her out of Pro and high ELO were a bit too effective...
Ryze
- We're not looking to remove Ryze from the meta, but move power out of his point and click harassment through rank 1 W harass that allows him to generate early leads in matchups/avoid getting punished
- If he can get to level 6, good for him
Nidalee
- Some creative buffs here to improve Nid's ability to land max range spears, which are more likely to be used from JG than from Top (she'll still get some benefit in Top though)
Rammus
- He landed weak
- Prior to release, and especially in playtests he was super strong and we overshot on last second nerfs (had a couple overswings recently with complicated changelists, and wanted to avoid that this time)
- In particular, one of the things we pulled back on was how tanky he could get later in the game, so just pulling back on some of that
- Secondary benefit here is to give some love to his W 1st or 2nd max builds
Twited Fate
- Just pulling back midway on the ult buff we gave last patch
Fiddlesticks
- Looking to give some power to Fiddle that doesn't buff his support too much"
