According to sources,
Karmine Corp are expected to rebuild its
Rocket League Esports roster around two-time World Champion Evan "
M0nkey M00n" Rogez, who has been
exploring his options in Europe following the conclusion of RLCS 2026. Hungarian youngster Attila
"bibbaba" Eötvös and French 1v1 specialist
reyyn are expected to complete the roster ahead of the new season. SimĂŁo "
prozy" Santos, who gained lots of hype after the European LCQ last season was considered a primary target
but chose to sign with Ninjas in Pyjamas. Former Gentle Mates professonal, Liam "
yujin" Daillac, was also an option but ultimately lost out to bibbaba.
While it hasnât been announced, M0nkey M00n mutually agreed to depart Twisted Minds after the 2026 World Championship, where he placed 9th-12th alongside MENA teammates Hisham
"Nwpo" Alqadi and Mohammed Khalid
"trk511" Alotaibi. The French veteran was initially meant to form a team alongside Charles "
juicy" Sabiani and Enzo "
Seikoo" Grondein, but moved on from the duo who later
agreed a deal to link up with Mathis
"mtzr" Hoareau on Geekay Esports. Karmine Corp were forced into an RLCS rebuild after it became clear that they were going to
lose their two franchise stars, Tristan
"Atow." Soyez and Axel "
Vatira" Touret, to Gentle Mates this offseason.
With a long history in Rocket League, Karmine Corp
were one of 20 organizations to be invited to the RLCS Club Championship partnership program. However, the French organization has been entertaining the prospect of departing the esport in recent weeks, after it became clear that it had lost a bidding war against Gentle Mates to secure the signatures of the Vatira, Atow, and Alexis "
zen" Bernier trio this offseason. After the news broke, Karmine Corp co-founder Kamel
"Kameto" Kebir
spoke on the situation in a live stream suggesting that while leaving Rocket League was a possibility, the organization was âlooking at every option: either a roster of good-level players who are still available, or starting again with very young talents.â The Swiss prospect SimĂŁo "
prozy" Santos gained lots of attention from fans following the livestream as did reyyn
, who now looks set to sign with the organization.
As part of the rebuild, the organization has brought on board two 16-year-old youngsters. Hungarian prodigy bibbaba, who made his debut during RLCS 2026 and reyyn, a French prospect who has been impressing on the ranked ladder. Bibbabaâs most recent success was in the European LCQ, where he earned a top-six alongside Matheo
"osaft" Hapke and William
"motion" O'Connor. He even appeared at the EWC LCQ alongside the duo for his first taste of LAN. Reyyn, whose stock has risen rapidly this offseason, is an unexpected choice for most fans. He has never made an appearance in the RLCS but does compete regularly in 1v1 tournaments and showmatches. He recently came second with France in the
3v3 Bubble World Cup, losing out to a Swiss team led by prozy.
Turning to a long-time rival
M0nkey M00n spent last season competing in MENA on Twisted Minds in his first career venture outside of Europe. The Frenchman joined the Saudi organization ahead of RLCS 2026, hoping to rebuild his form after a famed link-up with fellow superstar, zen, on Team Vitality ended in disappointment. Alongside Nwpo and trk511, M0nkey M00n helped the organization claim multiple domestic honours in MENA over their traditional rivals Team Falcons. The team won the Saudi eLeague Championship in November 2025, then went on to earn three Regional Open titles, ultimately topping the domestic rankings by the end of the season. To accompany their regional success, Twisted Minds peaked internationally with a second-place finish at the Paris Major, where they lost to Karmine Corp in the grand finals. The organization wasnât able to build on this placement for the remainder of the season, ending with a demoralizing 9th-12th finish at the 2026 World Championship.
The poor finish to the season resulted in dramatic fallout, where the teamâs head coach Ahmed "
Senzo" Alrahman openly criticised the players and their preparation for the event on a live stream. After the Twisted Minds management released multiple statements which were eventually deleted, Senzo
apologized for his comments but the climate surrounding the roster simply proved untenable. M0nkey M00n mutually agreed to depart the organization behind the scenes where he prioritized a move back to Europe. He quickly built-up a partnership with former teammate Seikoo and Karmine Corp professional Juicy. While the team was expected to lock for RLCS 2027, those plans fell through and M0nkey M00n now looks set to rebuild the Karmine Corp roster.
Karmine Corp are expected to lose its RLCS 2026 roster this offseason; even juicy now looks set to join Geekay Esports. As a result, the organization has had to look at many different options in its goal to build a team for the Club Championship. M0nkey M00n is one of only a few high-profile French stars to never compete for the organization in the RLCS. In fact, he has built a considerable rivalry with Karmine Corp over the years, having competed under both Team BDS and Team Vitality in the RLCS. With the veteran now entering his twilight years in the esport, Karmine Corp sees a versatile professional who could lead a roster to be greater than the sum of its parts. As a result, the 23-year-old has played a part in persuading the organization to retain a team for next season and will continue to compete amid rising expectations among fans that he will soon retire.
