Dekap is the only player from the 2025 roster still under contract
Waleed "Dekap" Mohammed Ismail is set to remain with Vitality.Bee in the Ligue Française de League of Legends (LFL) for the 2026 season, sources tell Sheep Esports on Friday. Under contract through the end of next year according to the Global Contract Database, he will be retained in the team’s academy roster.
From the roster that played the Summer Split, he is the only player still under contract, as all the others were signed through the end of 2025. This suggests that Kadir "Fleshy" Kemiksiz is expected to remain in the LEC with the main roster. The Jordanian support will turn 25 in less than a month and will be able to begin his first full year in the LFL next season, having joined midway through last year.
A Roster Likely to Undergo Changes
Vitality.Bee’s 2025 roster underwent some changes over the year. Maximilian “Vertigo” Rassi and Fleshy started the season, while Janik “JNX” Bartels and Dekap finished it. Several players have already found new teams for 2026: JNX has joined Eintracht Spandau in the Prime League, and AD Carry Josip “Jopa” Čančar has moved to SK Gaming in the LEC.
Dekap is the first confirmed player for next year’s roster. Before that, a familiar face had already returned to the coaching staff: Kacper “Nahovsky” Merski is expected to rejoin VIT.Bee as head coach in the LFL, a position he left at the end of 2024. He will take over from Danusch “Arvindir” Fischer, who had stepped in at the start of the year.
Dekap remains in the LFL
Dekap began his career across national and regional circuits, including early appearances in the Greek League. He joined Geekay Esports at the start of 2023 and spent two and a half years with the team, winning the Arabian League four times and making several runs at the EMEA Masters — with a peak semifinal finish in Spring 2024.
Since arriving at Vitality.Bee, he quickly proved his value. His Blitzcrank and Amumu picks caught more than a few opponents off guard, and he adapted seamlessly to the team’s identity. In an interview with Sheep Esports, the Jordanian support said: “That’s a good move for me. It gets me closer to playing in the LEC and reaching the top level. I’m really happy to be joining Vitality.Bee.”
That journey will continue in 2026.
