The documentary will premiere on T1 youtube channel on September 20
Redbull Gaming announced on Monday the release of a documentary on T1 League of Legends Worlds' title in 2023. "Rose Together" will premiere on September 20, on the korean organization's youtube channel. On their announcement tweet, the sponsor gave a small synopsis: "An emotional story of rebuilding trust, learning from the losses, and remaining grounded in the face of rising pressure". The story of Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok and Co has indeed been made of highs and lows since the creation of the roster, in 2022.
That year, T1 lost to silver scrapes in final against DRX. Then, the team still stood strong and sticked together in 2023 but the Summer Split was another difficult step, with Faker being injured and unabled to play for many regular season games. The team did manage to reach final after the GOAT's comeback but still, their form going into Worlds was a bit uncertained. In their homeland, T1 were the last bastion to LPL winning the trophy after the first three quarter finals. And they delivered indeed, losing only one game in the whole playoffs, while preventing JDG from achieving the Golden Road.
