Achieveminds Agency expands into VALORANT

Launched nearly five years ago by Fabian Broich, player representation agency Achieveminds Agency announced this Sunday, August 30, that it is also expanding into VALORANT. This marks another step forward for the Nordic agency, which is already active in League of Legends with players competing in the LEC, as well as in Counter-Strike 2. For its entry into Riot’s FPS, Achieveminds announced the signing of Finnish player Joona "H1ber" Parviainen, who recently played for Gentle Mates during VCT EMEA Stage 2.

In a statement on LinkedIn, Fabian Broich, the agency’s founder, explained that “over the past five years, Achieveminds Agency has built strong relationships across the esports industry, completed more than 400 deals, and developed connections with teams throughout the VCT and wider VALORANT ecosystem.” He also added that “as the agency continues to grow, diversifying into new titles is an important part of our long-term vision.”

He continued: “VALORANT is an incredibly interesting and competitive title with a rapidly developing ecosystem, strong organizations, and significant opportunities for players and coaches.” Several factors the agency is already familiar with, making VALORANT a “natural next step” for Achieveminds.

The agency already represents a number of League players, including Shifters support Adrian “” Trybus and midlaner Ilias “” Bizriken in 2026; Philippe “” Laflamme, who is still playing for Cloud9 in the LCS; Johnny “” Dang, jungler for Karmine Corp Blue; and Lanzo “” Ciajolo, also a jungler in the LFL with Solary.

The Nordic company also represents staff members competing in the LEC, such as Patrick “Pad” Suckow-Breum, Erlend “Nukeduck” Våtevik Holm, and Alfonso Aguirre “Mithy” Rodríguez. In CS2, Achieveminds also represents Laurențiu “lauNX” Țârlea, who plays for FUT Esports, Jack “Gizmy” von Spreckelsen, who recently joined 100 Thieves, and Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn, a coach for FaZe Clan.
