According to sources close to
Sheep Esports, Mark
“yokam” Musni has reached a verbal agreement with
Xipto Esports to replace Hedrei "13RD” Vasquez for the remainder of the 2026
VALORANT season. The Filipino player comes off a notable stint with Global Esports, whom he joined at the end of 2024 following a brief spell with Velocity Gaming. In 2025, he made his debut in the VCT Pacific league with GE, most notably competing in
Stage 1, before the organization released him in mid-May as part of a broader reshuffle of its starting five.
Before the creation of the franchised league, yokam had already built a reputation as a promising prospect on Asia’s tier-two circuit, moving between regional projects and exhibition events. With Global Esports, he gained structured experience at the highest level, stringing together official VCT Pacific matches and facing several of the region’s established contenders. An archetypal aggressive Duelist-Rifler shaped by partner-league competition, he is now reportedly set to be integrated into a project more squarely oriented towards VCL Southeast Asia.
In parallel, Xipto Esports entered the 2026 offseason on the back of a particularly demanding 2025 campaign. Competing in Challengers: Southeast Asia, the Singaporean organization opened the year with a difficult Split 1, finishing near the bottom of the group stage standings. The remainder of the season proved markedly more encouraging: Xipto posted several solid showings in Split 3, while also securing a top-four finish at the APAC Predator League 2025.
yokam’s arrival will therefore add to an already established core featuring players such as John “JA” Arone and Yousef “Hotsauz” El-Yousef, who represented Xipto throughout the 2025 season. By investing in a Filipino Duelist with VCT Pacific experience, Xipto Esports will be looking to bridge their VCL SEA foundation with exposure gained at the region’s highest tier, an explicit attempt to convert its 2025 momentum into more credible contention for the top spots in Southeast Asia in 2026.
