The
Esports Nations Cup 2026 (ENC) concluded its regional qualification stages this week, enabling various countries to secure their spot in the main event. Several representatives from the Game Changers scene are among the many players involved in the competition. Six GC players have qualified across the different ENC 2026 rosters: Buffala, Ayarha
“Ivy” Cruz, Lied, Modi
“madv” Alkanhal, and the Game Changers Champions
Michaela “mimi” Lintrup, and Nicole
“Noia” Tierce.
These players are representing their respective countries in a format where competitors defend their nation’s colors rather than those of their usual organizations. Among them, mimi and Noia have already made an impact in the competition, as Denmark secured its qualification for ENC 2026 through the European qualifier, notably showcasing strong individual performances and several clutch moments throughout the qualification stage. The Danish selection finished among the teams qualifying from the EU region, confirming its presence at the main event.
This situation also raises an important question regarding the competitive calendar. The ENC 2026 period could overlap with the end of the Game Changers season, particularly the Game Changers Championship (GCC), the international tournament that brings together the best women’s
VALORANT teams. If some of the players competing at the ENC also manage to qualify their teams for the GCC, they could find themselves facing a difficult choice between two major international competitions. The situation would mainly affect players still competing for the GC world title with their respective organizations.
