Red Bull League of its Own returns for the fourth year in a row. Unlike the previous editions, the event will be heading to Spain for the first time and take place in Barcelona on December 5th.

Red Bull League of its Own, since its inception in 2023, has always been a tournament centered around fun and matchups that would never happen in a regular year of LoL esports. ERL teams like
,
,
,
, and
added a unique charm to this off-season tournament.
However the 2026 edition of this event features four participants that will compete in the upcoming
Worlds 2026 tournament. This is a number that has reduced since the first edition, which saw seven teams participate. Therefore, the focus of this event will be more for the fans getting to enjoy possible hype matchups between the LEC teams and each LEC team against T1.
Red Bull League of its Own also serves as a great way to see the GOAT
in action alongside the rest of T1 in a far less competitive environment, especially during a time where the LoL esports scene doesn’t have any noteworthy matches.
The format for this year’s event has not been disclosed yet. The previous edition had T1 play against every team except KC and a couple of inter-Europe matches such as G2 vs NNO and LR vs KC. With the reduced amount of teams, there is a good chance the LEC teams play against each other and all LEC teams play against T1.
