All LCS Champions

In its decade-long run, the LCS has witnessed numerous teams and players enter and exit the competition, all striving for the coveted 1st place finish. Despite NRG recently securing the LCS Championship title, the league has a rich history with various teams achieving victory over the years. The following is a comprehensive record of all the different teams that have earned the LCS title.

In the LCS, every team shares a common goal — winning the LCS and earning the opportunity to compete at international events like MSI and Worlds. These tournaments provide a platform for teams to face off against counterparts from other regions, showcasing their skills and representing not only their team but also the entire LCS and North America on the global stage against the world's best.

The LCS Championship is the culminating event of the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) in North America, determining the best team in the region through a competitive tournament. The winning team not only earns the title of LCS Champions but also secures a coveted spot as the 1st seed to represent North America at the League of Legends World Championship.

Throughout the years, two teams, Cloud9 and TSM, have consistently stood out, each boasting over 5 LCS Championship titles. As of the current writing, only one of these teams remains in the LCS (Cloud9). Both Cloud9 and TSM have left an indelible mark on LCS history, frequently representing the region on the international stage at Worlds.

A total of 33 teams have participated in the quest for the LCS title, yet only seven distinct teams have clinched victory. These triumphant teams not only secured the LCS title but also earned the honor of representing the league as the 1st seed, signifying the strongest team in the region.
