Sources: Aetinoth set to re-sign with GIANTX Pride

Berat "Aetinoth" Tıknazoğlu has reached a verbal agreement to re-sign with GIANTX Pride ahead of the 2025 LVP season, according to Sheep Esports sources. Aetinoth, a 19-year-old Turkish ADC, competed in the Italian and Turkish Tier 2 scenes before making his LVP debut with GIATNX's academy roster this year.

Despite GX Pride's solid results in the Spring playoffs — a third place finish narrowly missing out on EMEA Masters Spring qualification — the departure Antonio "Th3Antonio" Espinosa Bejarano and Lee "Juhan" Ju-han for the main roster affected the team's level in Summer severely. In the regular season, GX Pride only narrowly managed to qualify for playoffs, where they immediately lost their first series 3-0 to Ramboot Club.

Aetinoth was a consistent piece of GX Pride throughout the year, and they've made sure to lock him down before the transfer window opens up. Though this season ended in disappointment, their year showed potential — they're hoping to prove that next year.
