Gen.G Mobil1 Racing brings an end to Evoh's short-term stint with the organization

Gen.G Mobil1 Racing have announced that they have parted ways with Jordan "Evoh" Manley following the conclusion of the Esports World Cup. The 19-year-old was a late season addition to the Rocket League squad, having joined in place of Finlay "rise." Ferguson to compete in the North American and EWC Last Chance Qualifiers. The departure comes following the organization’s decision to move on from Christopher "MaJicBear" Acevedo and rebuild around Kenneth "frosty" Walz heading into the offseason. Head coach Gregory "RawGreg" Alex and assistant coach Kevin "Kevpert" M were also casualties of the recent changes.

Evoh started the season competing for Dignitas after rejoining the organization for his second stint in November 2025. Playing alongside players like Christopher "Aqua" Campbell, Logan "Fiv3Up" Seaman, and Bora "bora" Sari, Evoh earned three top-six placements across the season but missed out on qualification to both the Boston and Paris Majors. The American professional chose to join Gen.G following the end of Split 2, signing with the organization for the two remaining qualifiers of the year.

Evoh helped propel his new team to the grand finals of the North American LCQ, where they went up against FUT Esports, who had just come off a strong split after reaching the Paris Major The final was ultimately a one sided affair, with Gen.G losing to the Turkish organization in 1-4 series. Evoh missed out of the World Championship for a second time in a row, having also placed second in the RLCS 2025 LCQ with Colby "hockser" James and Aqua under The Boys. In the EWC LCQ, Gen.G comfortably made stage two of the event, defeating M80 in their initial pool. However, things took a turn in the last-16, where another loss to FUT Esports sent the organization down the lower bracket. Here they were unlucky to face domestic opposition Virtus.Pro, who were already a lock for the 2026 World Championship. A 1-3 loss to the Jayden "2Piece" Horton-led team brought an end to Gen.G’s season.

Despite the recent announcements, Gen.G CEO Arnold Hur confirmed on twitter that the organization was not “done with Rocket League”. Sources close to the situation have suggested that frosty, who joined the team from FUT Esports at the end of Split 1, is likely to play a central role in the new offseason rebuild ahead of RLCS 2027.
