LCS Summer Split 2026 Team of the week 3

The first third of the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Summer Split is behind us. The strength of each organization becomes clearer with each passing week, but there's still time for teams to find their groove before the playoffs start.

Following the end of this week's series, the favorites and the contenders are more firmly established. However, there are still four more weeks of League of Legends ahead before we can define the teams that will represent North America at the 2026 World Championship on home soil. Sheep Esports has chosen five players who performed above the rest after Week 3.

Sheep Esports' Team of the Week is limited to a maximum of two players per team. It features toplaner Park "" Ru-han, jungler Juan "" García, midlaner Lim "" Hyeon-seung, botlaner Kim "" Min-cheol, and support Tristan "" Stidam. For the second time this split, Quid has been named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the week.

Another week of the LCS means another week keep proving why they're still undefeated, and one reason is their starting toplaner. Morgan had a week full of highlights, first after announcing his re-signing with TL until the end of 2028, and second, his performance against . The Korean had an impressive Game 1 showing with Olaf, outplaying 1v2 dives and topping the damage chart at the end of the game. Game 2 saw Morgan pilot Ambessa to a deathless game and a quick series victory.

's jungler faced in a match that could break the tie if both teams finished the regular season with a tied record. The series was a back-and-forth affair, but the Rebels secured the victory thanks to Contractz's performance. After a complicated Game 1 where he played Naafiri, he bounced back in Game 2 by keeping his cool under pressure from a 41-minute game with Jarvan IV. The jungler played Wukong in Game 3 and stole a crucial Baron. He finished the series with 80% kill participation as Shopify Rebellion secured the two-to-one victory.

The first player to win a second MVP of the week is Quid. The Korean's current form this split could even be on par with his MVP-winning split in Spring 2024. In his match against FlyQuest, the midlaner's proactive roaming style proved to be a key factor in his team's success. Ryze was his chosen champion for Game 1, a game he finished deathless and with the most damage dealt overall. In Game 2, the Korean piloted his proven Sylas to great success, as TL finished the series in just over an hour.

There are two clear powerhouses in this Summer Split, and LYON are definitely among them. Berserker had a deathless week in his series against , and helped LYON improve to a perfect 3-0. For consecutive weeks, the botlaner picked Ezreal and Lucian for Games 1 and 2, respectively. The Mexican organization started the series on the back foot, but Berserker's Ezreal kept them in the game until they showed their team-fighting prowess. Berserker showed how dominant his Lucian is to close the series with a decisive 2-0.

The return of the Best Beard in Esports has proven to be a game-changer for Shopify Rebellion's objectives in the last stretch of the season. Zeyzal and the Rebels played close to two hours in their extremely competitive series against Sentinels. The American struggled to play Camille in Game 1 but turned it around thanks to a precise Nautilus performance in Game 2. In Game 3, the support piloted Rakan to perfection. Deathless, 100% kill participation, and the decisiveness the fans want to see from their team secured them this week's victory.
