KC Caliste wins the 2026 LEC Summer Split MVP

Caliste’s stats in the Summer Split were simply ridiculous. With an 8.3 KDA, 10.6 CS per minute, 914 damage per minute, and 31.3% team damage, there wasn’t any room for competition against Caliste for the MVP award, apart from his teammates.

Jungler and support were voted the second and third best players of the Summer Split, respectively. Frankly, all three players had equal arguments to deserve the MVP title which speaks volumes to Karmine Corp’s domination in the regular season. The entire team was also named as the All-Pro team of the Summer Split.

However, the EWC 2026 finalists once again fell short to their nemesis, G2 Esports, in the upper finals of the LEC 2026 Summer Playoffs. Before KC can think of a rematch, they will have to defeat their longtime rivals, , in a grudge match.

The ascension of Caliste from an incredibly hyped prospect in the ERLs to one of the most dominant ADCs in the LEC has been a beautiful story to witness. Despite the enormous expectations at such a young age, the franchise player for Karmine Corp has already achieved accolades many players could only dream of.

The LEC Summer MVP is another addition to Caliste’s ever growing list of achievements such as the 2025 Rookie of the Year, 2025 Winter Split champion and “Royal Roader”, a player that wins a domestic title in their rookie split.

Caliste’s biggest test will come at Worlds 2026, where he will have the opportunity to truly cement himself as one of the best ADCs in the West for years to come.
