There’s nothing wrong with honoring those who deserve it. Lee “" Sang-hyeok was honored through the release of Know My Name’s official music video, the official anthem of the 2026 World Championship.
The League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) legend was honored at LoL Park with a special screening of the anthem’s official music video. “I was genuinely touched by how well it was made," the Korean said after watching Know My Name’s video for the first time at the screening.
After watching True Damage’s most recent single official music video, eternal midlaner expressed his awe and admiration for the work, reflecting on his thirteen years of legacy: "I'll keep working hard... so I can get another music video,” Faker promised before his sixth Worlds appearance in a row.
Familiar faces pay tribute
The LCK and T1 coordinated an event where fans in attendance could watch Know My Name alongside the video’s protagonist, the Greatest Player of All Time, and personally hear from Faker in a post-watch interview. “I’ll do my best at Worlds!" Faker cheered for the upcoming tournament.
Current T1 streamer and former toplaner Park “Untara” Ui-jin, former jungler Han “” Wang-ho, and current LCK analyst and former toplaner Heo “Huni” Seung-hoon, a handful of Faker’s former teammates, were spotted among the crowd at LoL Park for the official screening. “I really hope we win Worlds this year and pull off the four-peat,” Untara added on T1’s social media.
A wild goose chase
After Know My Name’s release, Faker adopted a sense of pride. He’s recently been guilty of playing the 2026 Worlds anthem as he starts his stream. However, a story has recently developed between the midlaner and his chat.
True Damage’s second single features Teemo as one of the music video’s many easter eggs. The ever-competitive Faker spent several minutes pausing his stream to search for one of League of Legends’ most famous mascots. According to several fans, Untara started the goose chase by telling Faker about the hidden Teemo.
