According to sources close to Sheep Esports, North American organization Cloud9 is set to sign “Jackk” for the remainder of VCT Americas Stage 1, with Erik "penny" Penny departing the roster by mutual agreement with the organization. The information was first reported by Ari and Akamaru on X. Having played for multiple teams across the North American scene, Jackk is now expected to make his debut in the VALORANT Champions Tour after joining YFP in Challengers Americas earlier this year.

Recently more active on Initiators, particularly on Fade and Sova, Jackk is likely to shift roles within C9, as penny, whom he is expected to replace, has mainly played as a flex, with appearances on Duelists, Sentinels, and Controllers.
