The transition to remote work will begin in August, while the current property is expected to be vacated and handed back by the end of September. Construction on the new space is scheduled to begin in October, with operations expected to start in January 2027.
The official opening of the new headquarters for the press and the public is expected to take place by July 2027. According to the organization, the move is part of a long-term plan that takes operational, structural and strategic factors into account, as well as the ongoing evolution of the paiN brand.

Move Comes Amid Transformation In Vila Leopoldina
One factor the organization considered was the period of growth and transformation currently underway in Vila Leopoldina. The area is undergoing the development of new real estate projects and increased interest from investors, prompting paiN to anticipate potential structural changes in the surrounding area.
In addition, the lease for the current office has expired and was not renewed by the condominium. The organization currently operates under an open-ended lease that can be terminated with 30 days' notice. According to paiN, the decision allows the organization to carry out the move in a planned manner without committing to a new long-term lease amid the expected changes in the area.
New Headquarters Will Be Located In Vila Ipojuca
According to the organization, the choice of Vila Ipojuca also took employees' experience into consideration. The team said it was looking for a location with better mobility, infrastructure and access to services, as well as a more central location.
The new area offers greater access to public transportation and a surrounding neighborhood with shops and services, factors that, according to the organization, should make employees' daily routines more practical and comfortable.
Unlike the current complex,
paiN Gaming emphasized that the new headquarters will not be located inside a condominium or closed space. The proposal is for the office to be directly connected to the street and the surrounding neighborhood.

paiN denies move is related to cost-cutting
Despite the change of address and temporary transition to remote work, the organization emphasized that the decision is not motivated by a cost-cutting strategy. According to paiN, remaining at the current location would actually be operationally simpler.
The organization presented the move as part of a long-term plan focused on security, sustainability, and adapting to the company's new phase.
