Worlds 2026: Swiss Stage Round 3 Draw

After a historic 0-4 start, the LPL finally got on the board on the second day of the Worlds 2026 Swiss Stage. Top Esports beat Anyone’s Legend in the all-Chinese derby, and Invictus Gaming took down Team Secret Whales. Bilibili Gaming also won the last game of the day 2 against Team Liquid Alienware, leaving China with three wins from four matches on the day.

The derby also decided who carries the most pressure into Round 3. Anyone’s Legend, the LPL’s first seed, dropped to 0-2 and is now one loss away from elimination, while Top Esports, Invictus Gaming and Bilibili Gaming are all at 1-1.

The LCK also had a mixed day. Gen.G beat Hanwha Life Esports in the Korean derby, and Dplus KIA took down T1, the three-time defending champions, who dropped to 1-1. Elsewhere, Movistar KOI defeated CTBC Flying Oyster, LYON beat Karmine Corp and G2 Esports won against LØS.

As a reminder, teams that earn three wins will qualify for the Knockout Stage, while those that suffer three losses will be eliminated. From this round on, teams that are one win away from qualification or one loss away from elimination play best-of-three series with Fearless Draft, while 1-1 teams still play best-of-ones.

There is no regional protection, and teams are matched based solely on their records. Matches are set to be played on October 25rd and October 26rd.

The draw put two of the 2-0 teams from different regions against each other. In both series, the winner will be the first team to secure a place in the Knockout Stage.

In the 0-2 matches, Anyone’s Legend vs. Team Liquid Alienware puts the first seeds of the LPL and the LCS against each other with elimination on the line. LØS vs. Team Secret Whales will decide whether Brazil or the LCP’s first seed is eliminated first.
