The LFL Spring Split Swiss Stage has come to an end, and we now have our four Playoffs teams: Karmine Corp Blue, Gentle Mates, Ici Japon Corp. Esport, and Galions. The six remaining teams are headed to the Last Chance stage, where only the top two will advance to Playoffs and fight for the third and final EMEA Masters spotâKCB and M8 having already secured the first two.
The daring Galions
The first game of the series was largely dominated by BK ROG Esports, who built a lead of over 5,500 gold, highlighted by a clean quadrakill from ThĂ©o "Booshi" Mouchiroud. But the lethality Varus damage from Jean "Jezu" Massol and, more importantly, a perfectly executed teamfight at the 27-minute mark by Tolga "Serin" Ălmezâwho picked off the enemy midlanerâgave his teammates the space and time to take down the BK ROG players and completely turn the game around.
The second game was a one-sided stomp from the Galions. Botlane duo Jezu and ThĂ©o "Zoelys" Le Scornec found a double kill early in the laning phase, setting them up for strong scaling and cruising to victoryâand a Playoffs spot. BK ROG now fall to the Last Chance Qualifier, where they'll need to win a best-of-three to make it to Playoffs.
Hans SamD again
Ici Japon completely stomped Vitality.Beeâand did so across both games. In Game 1, Lee "Hans SamD" Jae-hoon picked up two quadrakills on his Jhin and finished with a flawless 12/0/3 scoreline, on a champion that not many players manage to make work. Game 2 was the turn of the other Korean player on the roster, Jeon "Howling" Ho-bin, to shine. On Vladimir, the toplaner caught his opponents completely off guard and led his team to victory in the BO3, securing a Playoffs spot. Vitality, on the other hand, will now have to win a best-of-three to join them.
