08:00 PM CET - Official (VCT Americas): Evil Geniuses parts ways with Icy
Jacob "icy" Lange and Evil Geniuses are parting ways as announced by the organization on its social media. A year after the player joined the former world champions, icy is already leaving the team, after an inconsistent year in his role as a duelist. EG has had too many disappointments in terms of results, failing to qualify for an international event this season.
06:00 PM CET - Official (VCT Americas): G2 Esports re-signs JoshRT and shhhack
Coaches Josh "JoshRT" Lee and Peter "shhhack" Belej are extending their contracts with G2 Esports, as announced by the organization on its social media. Coming to the end of their contracts with the team at the end of the season, the three-time VCT Americas champions this year wanted to extend their coaching staff along with the rest of their players. They will therefore continue with the team next year.

11:00 PM CET - Official (VCT Americas): G2 Esports re-signs Leaf
On the organization's X account, G2 Esports announced the contract extension of Nathan "Leaf" Orf at the same time as Trent "Trent" Cairns's, as previously reported by Sheep Esports. A member of the team alongside three of his teammates since the club's arrival in the VCT in 2024, Leaf is coming off a successful season despite some health issues that kept him off the stage for part of Stage 2.
7:00 PM CET - Official (VCT Americas): G2 Esports announces the departure of JonahP
While the player was out of contract with G2 Esports this year, Jonah "JonahP" Pulice will no longer be part of the team next year as announced by the organization on its X account. Although there were discussions between the parties and G2 had already extended Trent "trent" Cairns and Jacob "valyn" Batio contracts, JonahP will not continue with the triple champions of VCT Americas 2025.

04:30 PM CET - Leak (VCT China): f4ngeer set to join All Gamers
The young Russian talent Roman "f4ngeer" Smirnov is expected to join All Gamers in VCT China next year, sources tell Sheep Esports. The player will make his VCT debut after a season spent in VCL France with Karmine Corp Blue Stars. If f4ngeer retains his duelist role, he could potentially replace Xin "Spitfires" Mingyang, the team's duelist in 2024 and who returned to All Gamers for Stage 2 this year.

8:35 PM CET - Leak (VCT EMEA): LewN joins Karmine Corp for 2026
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Karmine Corp have reached a verbal agreement with Burak "LewN" Alkan ahead of the 2026 VCT EMEA season. The French organization have also agreed terms with BBL Esports for the player’s buyout, finalizing the deal. LewN will join a roster looking to bounce back in 2026 after a challenging year in the EMEA circuit.
06:30PM CET - Leak (VCT EMEA) wayne set to join Team Liquid
A new rookie is joining Team Liquid. Young player Wayne "wayne" Chang is joining the most recent European champions, sources tell Sheep Esports. This is the second offseason pickup for Team Liquid after the arrival of Dominykas "MiniBoo" Lukaševičius as previously reported by Sheep Esports. TL was also considering Aaron "mindfreak" Leonhart, but decided to trust a rookie for the role.
5:44 PM CET - Official (VCT EMEA): BBL Esports and MAGNUM part ways
BBL Esports have officially announced on X that they have mutually agreed to part ways with Martin "MAGNUM" Penkov. MAGNUM joined the Turkish organization ahead of the 2025 season, bringing experience from his time with teams such as Fnatic and KC.

8:06 PM CET - Official (VCT EMEA): Faded move to the inactive roster for 2026
Team Vitality have officially confirmed on X that Head Coach Daniel "Faded" Hwang will be moved to the inactive roster for the 2026 season. Faded joined the organization in November 2024 and played a key role in shaping Vitality’s competitive structure.

09:00 PM CET - Official (VCT Americas): 100 Thieves announces the return of Bang
A year after leaving the team, Sean "bang" Bezerra is back with 100 Thieves as announced by the team on X. After almost three years with the team, Bang joined Sentinels last season. Despite having participated in all international competitions, the player did not perform as he would have liked and is therefore returning to 100 Thieves to complete the roster.

Natus Vincere’s New Roster Slowly Takes Shape. The Ukrainian organization has reached a verbal agreement with Volkan "sociablEE" Yönal for the 2026 VCT EMEA season, sources tell Sheep Esports. This marks NAVI’s second signing of the offseason, following the arrival of Dawid "Filu" Czarnecki, as previously reported by Sheep Esports.

According to Sheep Esports on X, Michail "globeX" Kostylew has reached a verbal agreement to join Barça Esports for the upcoming VCL Spain season. After participating in several VCT EMEA tryouts, the player reportedly made Barça Esports his top priority should he not secure a Tier 1 spot. This move marks an important step in Barça Esports’ efforts to strengthen its roster ahead of 2026.

After two seasons with the bees, Kimmie "Kicks" Laasner is leaving Team Vitality. The club announced it through a video posted on X. The player notably contributed to winning the VCT EMEA Kickoff 2025 and participated in two international tournaments with the French team. Jady joined the team after Split 1 of 2025 and played a key role in securing the club’s first national title during the French Challengers Split 2. WACKIE, who arrived toward the end of the season, contributed to Valiant’s final campaign, falling 3-2 to Mandatory in the lower bracket final.
05:00 PM CET – Official (GC NA): Abdo "c4Lypso" Agha, head coach of 100 Thieves’ Game Changers roster, has revealed on X that he is parting ways with the organization. After just over two weeks with the team, he is stepping down from his role and has stated that he is now looking for new opportunities.
04:00 PM CET – Official (GC EMEA): GIANTX has announced its second roster change in just two days, this time benching Yağmur "Smurfette" Gündüz and bringing in Maria "TookiiTookii" Perez. Coming from DVM Miss, she steps in to replace the Turkish Duelist who helped GIANTX reach two Game Changers EMEA finals this year, though the team fell short of claiming the title against Karmine Corp on both occasions.
