continues to develop strong synergy with
as
secured their first victory in this opening week of the LCK against Hanwha Life Esports on Saturday. The AD carry, who has been steadily finding his footing within the team, delivered another solid performance alongside his teammates.
After the best-of series, Peyz gave us an interview in which he reflected on the victory, his synergy with his support, his areas for improvement, as well as the botlane he would like to face in potential international events.
How are you feeling after today's match? Was there anything you specifically prepared, and was there a moment that stood out to you the most?
Kim "Peyz" Su-hwan: We talked a lot during the ban/pick phase yesterday. As for a memorable moment... I don't think there was one in particular today.
Many people consider Keria as one of the best supports in the world. As his botlane duo, what do you think his biggest strength is?
Peyz: Personally, I just feel that he's a player who's really good at the game. Yeah, I think that's his biggest strength.
Since joining T1, it seems like you've been fitting in more and more. Do you feel the team's identity has been established, or is it still a work in progress?
Peyz: I think we're a team that still has a lot of room to improve, but the players also know the methods to get better, so I think we'll keep improving as a team.
As an ADC, is there anything you've been personally focusing on improving lately?
Peyz: I think a lot about how I can be more helpful to the team and how I can make better calls.
If you get to participate in an international tournament, is there a player from another region you'd most like to meet again?
Peyz: I'd like to face various ADCs, but among them I'd like to face
from
Bilibili Gaming once more.
Any words for T1's global fans?
Peyz: To all the fans around the world who love and support T1, thank you so much. We'll prepare even harder for our upcoming matches and show you great performances so we can make you even happier. We'll do our best.
