After finishing their worst competitive year in terms of results,
LOUD are looking to start fresh in 2026. For the first time since entering the VCT ecosystem, the historic Brazilian organization failed to qualify for a single international event in 2025. Even worse, the team finished near the bottom of the standings in both
VCT Americas Stage 1 and
Stage 2.
Despite these struggles, LOUD have chosen to keep faith in most of their roster, while still making a few adjustments to improve results and build for the future. With these changes, the organization hopes to return to the top of the competitive scene, a level it has not reached since winning the VCT Americas League in 2023.
Building for the future and a new project
After a disappointing Stage 1, LOUD attempted to address their issues by making several changes. Head coach Kaan "
Leader" Taşpınar, along with players Robbie "
RobbieBk" Boerkamp and Leandro "
Virtyy" Moreno, joined the team mid-season. While Virtyy will remain with LOUD next year,
RobbieBk and Leader have both left the organization, alongside assistant coach Matheus "
mat" Dourado. These departures reflect a set of changes that ultimately failed to deliver the desired improvement, as LOUD did not achieve better results in Stage 2.
To replace them, LOUD are placing its trust in a young prospect from VALORANT Challengers LAN, Sebastián "Darker" Cicuamia. The 20-year-old Colombian impressed last season with E-Xolos LAZER (now known simply as LAZER) and will now join one of the region’s most storied organizations. He will also reunite with head coach Gonzalo "Romanilly" Manzano, under whom he played throughout the season. The Argentine coach, like Darker, will be making his VCT debut after his early years in the VCL circuit.
The team has also added
another young talent to its lineup in Roberto "erde" Lobos. Although not yet officially announced by the organization, the
Leviatán Academy player is expected to join LOUD next season. At just 17 years old, erde will not be able to start the season immediately and will only become eligible for VCT competition after his birthday on February 12. It remains unclear which player he will replace upon his arrival.
Keep the main core
Despite a difficult year, LOUD is maintaining confidence in a core group of its players, with four members set to continue with the team. This includes Virtyy, who joined during the season, as well as Lucca "lukxo" Travaioli, who has been with the roster since Stage 1. Former Champions winner Bryan "pANcada" Luna, who lifted the trophy with LOUD in 2022 and returned to the organization in 2024, will also remain part of the project. Finally, Cauan "cauanzin" Pereira, who joined in 2023, will enter his fourth year with the team.
LOUD's roster for VCT 2026:
- Bryan "pANcada" Luna
- Cauan "cauanzin" Pereira
- Lucca "lukxo" Travaioli
- Roberto "erde" Lobos
- Sebastián "Darker" Cicuamia
- Leandro "Virtyy" Moreno
- Gonzalo "Romanilly" Manzano (Head Coach)
