A brand new roster is set to join Eintracht Frankfurt in 2026, sources tell Sheep Esports. Polish toplaner Nikolas “Mietek” Nowak, German jungler Daniel “D4nKa” Golzmann, Danish midlaner Chres “Sencux” Laursen, German AD Carry Nick “Notiko” Celombitko, and Turkish support Berk “Farfetch” Badur have all reached an agreement to join the team.
Additionally, ESG will be coached by Luxembourgish Head Coach Gregory “Kami” Schmit, supported by Danish assistant coach Jacob “Hildebrandt” Bror Christoffersen. There are already some familiar links within the lineup: Sencux and D4nKa played together for Verdant in the NLC Summer Split. At the same time, Kami previously worked with Notiko during his time coaching Zerance in LFL Division 2.
With this new roster being completed,
most Prime League rosters have now been secured for the 2026 year, which is set to be competitive for the German ERL.
A new roster for 2026
In the toplane, Mietek spent the 2025 Winter and Spring splits in the NLC with BDG Esports before joining Colossal Gaming in the Italian league, where he reached the finals, earning a spot at the EMEA Masters.
D4nKa returns as jungler to the Prime League after just one split in the NLC. During Winter and Spring, he played for Austrian Force willhaben. SGE secure the services of a former Prime League champion, a title he won with GamerLegion in Spring 2022. He will reunite with Sencux, alongside whom he played during the Summer Split with Verdant. Sencux is set to begin his 13th competitive year, including three and a half seasons spent in the LEC and a Worlds participation in 2016 with Splyce.
Notiko also makes his return to the Prime League. His 2025 season was eventful, with a Winter split in the Hitpoint Masters at Team UNiTY, followed by Spring and Summer in LFL Division 2 with Zerance. At the end of the year, he joined CGN Esports for the Division 2 Fall Split. The botlaner is also a former LPLOL champion, having won the title in 2023 with GTZ Esports.
Finally, Farfetch continues his career at 27 years old. He started the year strongly with Eternal Fire, reaching the TCL finals, before joining ULF in Summer and finishing third, which qualified them for the EMEA Masters. Earlier in his career, Farfetch competed at two MSIs and once at Worlds with İstanbul Wildcats.
As for the coaching staff, Kami served as Zerance’s head coach during Winter and Spring before joining IziDream as an assistant coach for the Summer Split, where he will reunite with Notiko, whom he previously coached at Zerance. Hildebrandt, meanwhile, led Team Paradox in the HLL during Winter before moving to FlameHard in the LPLOL, a split they went on to win, qualifying for the EMEA Masters.
On paper, Eintracht Frankfurt won't be among the favorites in the Prime League, but it did assemble an experienced mix that can't be underrated. However, their roster decisions align with their budget, which is also on the weaker end of the league.
