A new veteran is set to join
Fnatic. According to sources close to
Sheep Esports, Pavle "
maden" Bošković will sign with the British organisation for the 2026
Counter-Strike 2 season. He is expected to replace Benjamin "blameF" Bremer, who, according to rumours, is close to joining BIG. Benched by Team Falcons at the end of 2024, the Montenegrin rifler spent most of the year with Zero Tenacity, where he played 140 maps and posted a 1.08 rating 3.0,
according to HLTV data.
With his contract coming to an end, the 27-year-old concluded his year with a brief stint at NIP, competing in the Roman Imperium Cup III alongside his former teammate Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer. Despite a challenging individual showing in the final, maden lifted the trophy with NIP and therefore entered the offseason on the back of a title, before setting out in search of a new team. To this day, the most notable achievement on his résumé remains ENCE’s triumph at IEM Dallas 2023.
He has not reached a Major since Paris in May 2023, once again with ENCE and shortly before his title run in Dallas. Fnatic, for their part, fluctuated between 50th and 25th in the world rankings over the course of the year, ultimately finishing the season much as they began it,
just above the top 30. The Black and Orange failed to qualify for the Austin Major but secured a spot at the Budapest one in December. Their run, however, ended in the second stage, resulting in a 20th–22nd place finish.
This move comes two months after another adjustment to Fnatic’s lineup. Last October, the young Ukrainian player Mykyta "jackasmo" Skyba joined the team on loan to replace Cai "CYPHER" Watson until the end of the season. The two had in fact competed together and won a tournament, FRAG Blocktober 2025, before CYPHER was sidelined. The British player’s departure was subsequently finalised on 2 January 2026, following a loan spell with 500, which has withdrawn from the Counter-Strike scene.
