Although playing in North America, Kacper "
" Słoma does not forget his roots. The superstar jungler has decided to play for Poland at the
Esports Nations Cup, sources tell
Sheep Esports. Selected by National Team Manager Adrian Błaszczyk and his team, Inspired was a no-brainer for the roster. While other junglers such as Kacper "Daglas" Dagiel and Oskar "
Selfmade" Boderek could be considered, very few EU teams are able to claim world-class players among its ranks.
Inspired is thus the first player selected for Poland, a decision led by
Kacper "Nahovsky" Merski, the head coach of the project, as
Sheep Esports recently reported. After starting his entire career in Europe, including three seasons in the LEC, the European
League of Legends league, with Rogue, the Polish jungler chose to leave the Old Continent for the LCS in 2022.
The best choice
In his first season in North America, Inspired thrived with Evil Geniuses, securing a Worlds qualification along with two titles, winning the LCS Summer and the Spring Split playoffs. Despite these results, he did not remain with EG, joining FlyQuest in the offseason, a team with which he continued to win titles. In 2024, FlyQuest claimed the Spring Split before going on to win the full season later in the year, reaching the Worlds quarterfinals and narrowly losing 2-3 to
. In 2025, the Polish jungler continued to dominate his league, now named the LTA North, finishing first in Split 2 and Split 3, winning the LTA Championship, before falling just short of the Worlds 2025 knockout stage.
Poland is therefore securing one of the most accomplished players in the West. In the
Nations Cup section on
Sheep Esports, fans can vote for their dream national lineups across multiple countries, including Poland. With over 9,100 votes, the community selected Sebastian "
Tracyn" Wojtoń in the top lane and Mateusz "
Czajek" Czajka in the mid lane. For the bot lane duo, Franciszek "
Harpoon" Gryszkiewicz was chosen as AD Carry, alongside Adrian "
Trymbi" Trybus as support. Only time will tell whether the fans made the right choices, but Inspired, who was the clear favorite for the jungle position, will indeed be part of the lineup.
All information about the ENC 2026
Scheduled from November 2 to 29 for its first edition in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, the nation-based competition, the largest in esports history, is expected to bring together thousands of players from around a hundred countries, competing across nearly 16 games. Alongside the League of Legends tournament, set to take place from November 21 to 29, there will also be nation-based competitions in VALORANT, Counter-Strike, Rocket League, and Rainbow Six: Siege. For Riot Games’ MOBA title, around 32 teams, each representing a nation, will compete on site.
Before that, the participants still need to be decided. The Esports Foundation, which oversees the ENC and the Esports World Cup (two separate events), has decided that 16 teams out of the 32 will qualify directly for the final tournament, based on the results of their representatives in Riot Games’ official competitive circuits. The other participants will have to go through seven regional qualifiers, each offering two spots. The remaining two slots will reportedly be allocated by the ENC in the form of wildcards, likely at the discretion of the event organizers.
Note that it is not certain yet whether Poland and Inspired will have to go through the qualifiers first, nor if Inspired will be able to play all games on the way.
