are once again reshaping the identity of their roster ahead of the remainder of the
LES season. Having already undergone a complete overhaul earlier this year, the team is now set for another significant change before the upcoming 2026 LES Summer Split. According to sources close to
Sheep Esports,
, who most recently competed for
, is set to leave the organization and join the GIANTX academy roster.
He is expected to replace
, who has occupied the position until now. Th3Antonio, in turn, is set to move into the toplane role, as announced this Wednesday by the organization, previously held by Manuel “
ManoloGap” García since the start of the year, following GIANTX’s announcement on Tuesday that it had parted ways with the player. The change comes amid further roster adjustments, including the arrival of mid laner Daniel “
Dyenn” Sánchez Vera and the promotion of AD Carry
to the organization's
LEC roster.
Towards a More Competitive Roster?
This season, GIANTX’s academy team opted for a different approach, building a roster split between competitive ambitions and content creation. Unsurprisingly, the sporting results suffered as a consequence, with the team failing to qualify for both the playoffs and the top four. With these latest additions, the organization appears to be returning to a more traditional academy model focused on player development and long-term competitiveness.
Although Time has spent several years competing in the ERL ecosystem, he has yet to receive an opportunity at the LEC level. He joined Movistar KOI's academy roster during the 2025 Summer Split and is now set to depart the organization one year after his arrival. Prior to that, he spent the majority of his early career competing in the LPLOL.
This will not be Time’s first association with GIANTX, however. He previously represented GIANTX Pride (the former name of the organization's academy team) during the
2024 Iberian Cup. More recently, he competed with Portugal in the
Esports Nations Cup EU West Qualifier, where his team fell short of a top-four finish after suffering two defeats against Belgium.
