Following a social media controversy, Fabienne “
Clef” Kersting, AD Carry of
Yumeea in the
2026 LFL Invitational, has been benched after an alleged leaked screenshot surfaced showing the use of racist slurs in private Discord conversations. While the organization
denied the authenticity of the screenshot, it nevertheless announced the end of its collaboration with Clef for
“other reasons” it chose not to disclose. In a subsequent statement, the team confirmed that co-owner Antonella “
Aloonea” Maria Tarantino will temporarily replace the German AD Carry, citing the short time frame and roster lock as factors that prevented them from securing a longer-term replacement.
In their statement, the newly formed organization explained that it contacted the accuser for proof that the screenshot were authentic, and the response indicated that Clef herself had sent them. The organization also reached out to Clef to hear her side of the story, which revealed “repeated acts of harassment from the same individual over an extended period of time.”
According to Yumeea, the last six Discord profile pictures used by Clef do not match those shown in the screenshot. However, this was not enough for the team to refrain from taking action. Citing additional reasons they chose not to disclose, they said: “We have made the difficult decision to end our collaboration.”
Clef,
for her part, claims the screenshot has been fabricated. She also described harassment within a personal relationship, in which the individual allegedly pressured her for a romantic involvement she did not want. Clef shared screenshot showing her different Discord profile pictures corresponding to the dates of the alleged messages.
Now, the German AD Carry will be replaced by the team’s co-owner, Aloonea, who originally has been most known as a midlaner and streamer. Aloonea previously competed in the Nexus Tour in 2023 and the Coupe des Étoiles in 2024 with Team du Sud. The content creator also
posted on X, acknowledging that she
“does not have the level of a pro AD Carry” and asking for patience from fans and the team. Yumeea will start their LFL Invitational season tonight, January 21, against Solary at approximately 7 PM CET. They are in the same group alongside Karmine Corp Blue Stars and Vitality.Bee.
