Los Heretics have wrapped up their hectic offseason. With all five players locked in, the organization has also re-signed and promoted Óscar "
Kamikaze" Pedrosa González as head coach, who will now lead the team in 2026, according to sources close to
Sheep Esports.
The former Spanish midlaner will continue in his role after a successful 2025 campaign that saw Los Heretics reach the podium in every SuperLiga split — 1st in Winter, 3rd in Spring, and 2nd in Summer — as well as secure a
runner-up finish at the 2025 EMEA Masters last Summer, where they fell to Karmine Corp Blue in the grand final. They also came close to qualifying for the LEC Versus tournament under Eric "
Inde" Ruiz Bogurina leadership.
Kamikaze was the final piece of the Los Heretics puzzle this offseason, also serving as the main architect behind the organization’s 2026 roster. The team has retained only Kacper “
Daglas” Dagiel in the jungle and
Cengizhan "Mercy9" Teker in the midlane, who joined during the Summer Split. They had to adapt following the departure of three key players from last year’s lineup.
The most notable change is the expected promotion of Sebastian "
Tracyn" Wojtoń to the LEC, whose spot will be filled by one of Europe’s top prospects,
Baek "Mihile" Sang-hwi, who nearly joined an LEC/LCS team this offseason.
The exits of Khalil “
Rin” Sahraoui and Norman "
Kaiser" Kaiser
during the Iberian Cup, following the end of their contracts, were also significant for the club. After exploring several options — including Víctor "
Flakked" Lirola Tortosa, who declined a SuperLiga offer, and various Korean profiles —
the team has signed Shin "Lure" Jae-yoon as their second Korean import. He will be joined by
Batu "Batuuu" Kaygusuz, who leaves the Turkish league and MISA Esports to compete in Spain.
