On the eve of Stage 1’s kickoff,
Joblife formalized their arrival on the
VALORANT Game Changers EMEA circuit by announcing on Sunday the signing of the full
Cristaux de Menthe roster. The organization is therefore opting for a direct, structured approach: rather than assembling a lineup piece by piece, Joblife are bringing in a pre-established unit that is already formed and already operational. The message is unambiguous: to embed itself in the competition immediately with an existing competitive foundation, while providing the squad with a new framework under the
Joblife banner.
This decision builds on CDM’s prior run, which secured qualification through the Stage 1 qualifiers. By joining Joblife after earning that qualification, the roster preserves continuity and enters the competition without any break in momentum, with an immediate objective: to begin Stage 1 with already-established benchmarks.
The lineup features two experienced GC EMEA players in Lou "
Loupiote" Henguelle and
Mathilde “Nelo” Beltoise, alongside
Théa,
Shira, and
elaa. Alexandre
“xms” Forté is set to oversee coaching duties. With a roster that arrives already qualified, Loupiote and Nelo's role becomes a stabilizing reference point as the squad transitions into a new organization while immediately stepping into official competition.
Joblife are thus leaning on an identified duo to guide the group through this shift, without altering the sporting core that enabled Stage 1 qualification. That continuity allows the project to position itself squarely in the competitive present, rather than in a longer-term build-up phase before becoming fully operational. Joblife’s first test arrived the day after the announcement, with an opening match against ATNattax. JL’s new players ultimately fell short in their first match under their new colors (1-2).
