Police open investigation against TitaN for sexual abuse and rape of a vulnerable person, report says

VTV News portal published a report this morning stating that the Civil Police of the State of São Paulo received complaints from three women involving former 's ADC, Alexandre “TitaN” Lima. In a statement mentioned by the outlet, the Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP) reported that the case is being investigated as “dissemination of pornography, rape of a vulnerable person, and sexual harassment.”

According to the published article, the victims were afraid to file complaints individually, fearing public exposure and repercussions on social media, as the player is a prominent figure in the Brazilian esports scene.

Sheep Esports could corroborate that all alleged crimes linked to the player are supported by substantial evidence, including images, videos, and audio recordings.

The first case revealed by the VTV News portal had been reported by Sheep Esports in January, when the victims reported that they would file a joint lawsuit against the player.

In the situation in question, the player tells one of the victims that he would send a video of himself having sex with one of his ex-girlfriends, and then sending a temporary file.

In addition to this case, the SBT group's report addresses a new allegation linked to TitaN. In the police complaint, one of the victims claims that she was touched by the player while she was unconscious and could not consent to the act.

In the images shared by the outlet, the player and the girl talk about what happened, where she reiterates that she was not conscious when the player began to touch her. She also questions him about the use of a condom during the sexual act.

Another victim, a 16-year-old girl who sparked the player's removal from his esport organization, will also move forward with her complaint against him. Sheep Esports has also learned that she has the support of her parents and that they will see this matter “through to the end.”

In conversations previously leaked, the player flirts with the girl and insinuates himself with double-meaning messages, he then sends a semi-nude photo and is immediately cut off by the victim.

After that, the victim asked that contact with the player to be interrupted and reported the incident to Gabriela Gabzuski, who was the player's girlfriend at the time.

In February, TitaN broke his silence and admitted that he had cheated on his partner, as well as having conversations with a minor.

On the same day, the ADC commented that he was not facing any charges and that he had not committed any crime. However, Gabzuski at the time had stated to Sheep Esports that the case was still in the process of being presented to both the police and the courts.

“It's only February and the whole thing happened in January, we're still writing the lawsuit. It's normal for it to take time. He's taking advantage of the fact that he hasn't been summoned yet to say that there's nothing, but he just hasn't been summoned YET,” said the streamer to Sheep Esports.

After the new developments in the case over a month later, paiN Gaming chose to fire TitaN on March 10th, 2026.

“PaiN Gaming announces the departure of Alexandre “TitaN” Lima from the organization. As an institution, we base our decisions on principles and the responsibility we bear for our history, the community, and everything paiN represents,” said the organization on its X profile.
