Jynxzi’s LoL tournament to feature MrBeast, Doublelift, Tyler1 and more

On Tuesday, Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart officially revealed the full lineup for his upcoming League of Legends streamer tournament, bringing together some of the biggest names across the streaming industry. Known mostly for playing Rainbow Six Siege, Jynxzi surprised the League community by picking up Riot Games’ title and having a seemingly positive experience.

Jynxzi’s recent switch to League caught plenty of attention because the game is often considered difficult for newcomers, as the competitive nature of the community can make the learning curve brutal, especially for first-time players. Despite all that reputation, Jynxzi appeared to genuinely enjoy the game, and many longtime League fans welcomed him positively — something viewers noted is relatively rare for the community.

After seeing the response, Jynxzi decided to organize a creator-focused tournament built around entertainment rather than high-level competitive play.

The tournament will take place on Monday, May 11th, at 10 PM CEST. According to Jynxzi, the event will feature eight teams led by eight captains, with each roster including mostly Iron-to-Silver ranked players alongside one Diamond-ranked player or higher to help balance the competition. Team selection will reportedly happen through a random captain draft format.

Jynxzi confirmed nearly 30 participants within 24 hours, with the lineup including recognizable names from different gaming communities and platforms. The current announced lineup includes James “MrBeast” Donaldson, Ludwig “Ludwig” Ahgren, Tyler "Tyler1" Steinkamp, and former professional League pro players Yiliang "Doublelift" Peng and Eugene "Pobelter" Park.

In short, bringing together creators from FPS games, variety streaming, esports, and even YouTube’s biggest mainstream personalities is what makes the tournament stand out.
