Sources: TeamOrangeGaming finalize roster for Prime League 2026

TeamOrangeGaming are starting from a clean slate ahead of the 2026 Prime League season. According to sources close to Sheep Esports, the German organisation will open the year with an entirely new roster. They will compete with two experienced ERL players, two rookies, and a toplaner coming from Australia!

For followers of the ERL scene, the most recognisable names in the roster should be Midlaner Jan "SAJATOR" Zítek and Support Philipp Samuel "Lilipp" Englert. The former has built his reputation over the past three seasons in the Superliga, after first developing in his home country through the Hitpoint Masters. The Czech player climbed the Spanish league ranks with Barça eSports between 2023 and 2024, before winning the 2025 Winter Split with Los Heretics. He also recorded two quarterfinal appearances at the EMEA Masters last year, although he was replaced ahead of the Summer Split.

Alongside him, Lilipp will be the other experienced figure within TOG’s lineup. The German support is the most decorated player on the roster. After a brief and low-profile stint in the LEC with SK Gaming in 2021, Lilipp returned to the domestic scene and went on to win the Prime League and, shortly after, the EMEA Masters in Spring 2024 with Eintracht Spandau. A mainstay of the organisation since Spring 2023, he nevertheless endured a more difficult 2025 campaign, finishing bottom of the national championship during the Summer Split.

Toplaner Cameron "zorenous" Abbott quickly convinced TOG during the tryouts. Per sources, he was by far the most convincing option available, standing out both in gameplay and communication. This led him to be the first player locked on TOG's roster. His move from Australia to the ERLs is possible because he relocated to Europe last year.

AD Carry David "Ryuk" Hörmann has been on the rise this offseason as multiple ERL teams considered the young Italian player. He is also the only player on the roster already familiar with the TOG environment, as he previously played for their academy. The AD Carry, who entered the professional scene in 2024, recently reached the highest solo queue peak within TOG's lineup, with 1581 LP. He and Lilipp were both considered by G2 NORD this offseason, and wanted to join TOG together.

In the jungle, TOG has added 20-year-old jungler William "Woldjo" Donatzky. He will join after a split in the Arabian League. The Danish jungler had a peak near 1500 LP this season in solo queue and is known for his signature Nunu, but has been expanding his champion pool recently. Woldjo is also familiar with zorenous, the team's toplaner, as they played together for CITA Kaizen during the offseason. Initially, TOG wanted to sign Casper "Cboi" Bo Simonsen in the jungle, who later joined Frites Esports club in the Benelux ERL instead.

As such, TOG will need to quickly establish cohesion within a group that, for now, shares relatively few established connections if the club aims to remain among the league’s frontrunners. Promoted at the end of the 2024 season, Team Orange Gaming enjoyed a convincing debut year in the German top flight, reaching the final during the Prime League Finals. The task ahead looks daunting, especially given that the competition is expected to be on an entirely different level in 2026, with many big names joining during the offseason as well as a new team, G2 Esports’ academy, G2 NORD.
