In an interview with Sports Seoul, Ryu “
Keria” Min-seok reflected on how this past year allowed him to grow, describing it as “
a year that’s hard to forget.” He also spoke about his new duo with Kim “
Peyz” Su-hwan, his desire to spend his entire career at T1, and his ambition to represent South Korea at the 2026 Asian Games.
Keria and T1 won the 2025 Worlds, marking the third consecutive title for both the support and the organization—the most decorated in the game’s history—adding a sixth star to their jersey. He also spoke highly of Lee “
Gumayusi” Min-hyeong, showing him great respect. Regarding Peyz, with whom he already played at the
KeSPA Cup: “
From the first match, he quickly blended into the team’s style. He absorbs feedback very fast.”
I’ve always thought being a one-club man was cool since I was young. I’m ambitious about it. T1 is the best. There’s no reason to leave,”
Keria is still under contract with T1, which runs until the end of 2026 and will most likely be extended during the year. Peyz and
Oner are under contract until the end of 2028, while Faker’s runs until the end of 2029. Only Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon is in the same situation as the Korean support.
Keria also spoke about how Faker is an inspiration to him, motivating him to read more books and take up sports to improve both his daily life and his performance on the Rift. Finally, he expressed his desire to once again represent South Korea at the Asian Games, describing it as a different feeling from that of lifting the Worlds trophy.
As a reminder, winning the Asian Games allows a South Korean player to be exempted from the country’s mandatory military service. Keria has already won the competition in 2023.
