Sheep Esports, and confirmed by the
League of Legends Contract Database, the French AD Carry has been benched.
Riot Games' GCD recorded the change this morning, with an update now visible on Leaguepedia.
This decision follows an internal conflict, according to sources close to the situation who spoke with Sheep Esports. After a defeat against Skillcamp in the LFL, 3XA allegedly expressed his dissatisfaction with his teammates and requested to leave the roster.
Following several internal discussions, keeping the player on the active lineup reportedly became complicated, ultimately leading Joblife to place him on the bench due to his attitude.
As a result of this decision, Joblife is now looking for a new AD Carry. Mishi, Verdant’s AD Carry in the NLC, league champion and representative of Sweden at the ENC, is reportedly the leading candidate to replace 3XA. The player had previously competed in the LFL with Team BDS Academy.
However, negotiations are still ongoing, as Mishi remains under contract with his current team.
A separation after just two weeks of competition
Joblife had opened the split with a 3-3 record through the first two weeks of LFL competition, a significantly stronger start than in the Spring Split following several roster changes, including at the AD Carry position. 3XA had joined as a free agent to replace
after a disappointing start to the year.
Despite the team's encouraging performances and notable victories over Solary and Vitality.Bee during the opening weeks, Joblife ultimately decided to make another roster change following an internal issue.
However, expectations surrounding the Joblife roster remain high. With several players on the bench this year, the financial investment required for these numerous changes represents a significant cost for the organization.
A difficult year for 3XA
The 2026 season has likely been one of the most challenging of 3XA's career. After ending last year with ambitions of reaching the LEC, the French marksman instead joined the French Flair project alongside several players who shared the same objective. However, the roster was disbanded after failing to win either the LFL or the EMEA Masters. Left without a team for the Spring Split, he eventually joined Joblife, only for his stint with the organization to come to an abrupt end.
