Frites Esports Club (FEC) is set to join the European Regional Leagues (ERLs) in 2026. Co-founded by Brieuc “LEC Wooloo” Seeger, the organization has acquired a slot in the Road of Legends (ROL), the Benelux ERL. The team will compete in League of Legends with the objective of qualifying for EMEA Masters and facing the best teams across Europe.
Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, Frites Esports Club will carry a strong Belgian identity and aims to establish itself as a top-tier organization within the ERL ecosystem.
The team will play its first official matches on January 13th, with four Best-of-Ones in a row played in a unique waterfall format. Their debut match will be against Senshi eSports, the reigning champions of the league.
The full schedule is available on Sheep Esports.
On January 15th, for its second day of competition, the organization will host its own watch party in Brussels. All League of Legends and esports fans are welcome to attend by messaging
LEC Wooloo on Twitter.
The roster
For its inaugural year of competition, Frites Esports Club has signed all five starting players to one-year contracts. The goal is to focus on long-term improvement throughout the season while evaluating results, with the ambition of building the strongest roster the Benelux region has ever seen. On paper, the team is already considered one of the favorites to win the league.
All players have prior experience in ERLs and will look to continue their upward trajectories.

A development-focused project
One of Frites Esports Club’s core ambitions is to highlight rising talent and help players progress toward higher leagues in the future, particularly the LEC. With this philosophy in mind, ERL veterans Cboi and Seal were the first players to join the roster. Both are experienced leaders and highly vocal players, filling roles where these qualities are essential and creating an environment in which rookies are encouraged to grow and learn from mistakes.
Wolorz and FlickeR are the two youngest and least experienced players on the team. During tryouts, both showed strong potential for growth, a clear willingness to learn, and an impressive level of maturity in communication.
NuQ completes the roster as a highly proficient toplaner, coming off a split in the TCL, a league known for its stacked toplane competition. Like the rookies, he brings aggression and mechanical strength, supported by the team’s experienced core.
18-year-old Dino joins as a substitute jungler to develop alongside the main roster. He has already participated in scrims and demonstrated a strong desire to learn. Despite peaking above 1,000 LP in solo queue—like the rest of the roster—he is the least experienced player in competitive play.
Head coach Vil leads the roster with confidence, backed by his outstanding understanding of the game and daily work with the players. During the offseason, he was considered by an LEC organization, and his ambitions align closely with those of both the players and Frites Esports Club. He is assisted by aceum as an analyst, while Danskmand oversees daily operations and played a key role in assembling the roster.
Wooloo co-streams and vision
LEC Wooloo will co-stream the team’s matches in French on his Twitch channel, aiming to gather a Belgian and European audience eager to follow the growth of a team rising from a minor ERL with aspirations of competing at the highest level.
Known for his League of Legends roster reporting with Sheep Esports, Brieuc shared:

“League of Legends esports in Europe has been strongly defined by Spain and France over the past few years. I want to put my own country on the esports map and build a strong identity around Belgium. It’s not just about eating mitraillette on stream, it’s about showing the esports community that you can shine even with a niche identity.”

He also explained another motivation behind founding the team:

“For six years now, I’ve been deeply involved in reporting roster changes at the highest level of competition. Roster building is what got me into esports in the first place, and after observing it for so long, it became a dream of mine to try building my own team someday.”
