to discuss the tournament in more detail.
Did you already know anything about Brazil before? How are you adjusting to life here?
Kim "Canyon" Geon-bu: “It’s my first visit to Brazil. Although I’m spending most of my time at the hotel, I’ve had the chance to try a few restaurants in the area. The food has been delicious, and I’m really enjoying my stay so far.
What do you think of the LPL junglers for this tournament? Do you think it will be easy for you?
Canyon: I think LPL junglers are highly skilled and aggressive. Since this tournament only features the top-tier teams, I definitely don’t think it will be easy.
In short tournaments like this, do you prefer to play SoloQ, Arena, or other game modes? What are your thoughts on the level of Brazilian SoloQ?
Canyon: Recently, I've been playing solo queue and the new Arena. I haven't played enough solo queue games yet to give a definitive answer, but I think the environment itself is excellent.
What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed in your game since Coach Yoo "Ryu" Sang-wook joined the team?
Canyon: Since he’s a former pro player, the biggest advantage is that we can communicate a lot and sync up quickly.
Did you guys ever practice against LOUD? What do you think of Ko "Youngjae" Young-jae?
Canyon: None so far. I played against Youngjae back when he was in the LCK. From what I vaguely remember, he had a very creative playstyle during the early game.’’
