Sheep Esports,
Kale “autumn” Dunne has reached a verbal agreement to join Global Esports for the 2026 VALORANT VCT Pacific season. autumn is a 23-year-old Australian player who has spent the past two years with FunPlus Phoenix, competing in VCT China. He joined FPX in September 2023 and played the full 2024 and 2025 cycles with the team, including international appearances at Masters and Champions 2024.
Across the 2025 season, autumn played every stage of FPX’s year: the China Kickoff in January, VCT China Stage 1 and Stage 2, and the EVO circuit through September. FPX opened Stage 1 with wins over Titan Esports Club and TYLOO, reached the Stage 2 CN playoffs after group wins over Dragon Ranger Gaming and Nova Esports, and then made a semifinal run at EVO Act 3 before being eliminated by Titan Esports Club and Wolves. autumn’s role at FPX evolved over that same period. Early in his time with the roster he was primarily used as a Duelist on agents such as Raze and Reyna. By mid-2025 he had become one of FPX’s most flexible pieces, alternating between aggressive entry picks like Yoru and Phoenix and more anchor or utility-focused roles on Killjoy and Vyse, depending on the map.
For Global Esports they approach this move after a difficult 2025 in the Pacific League. They finished 9th–12th at the Pacific Kickoff, missed the playoff bracket again in Stage 1, and ended
Stage 2 in 11th–12th. The team’s best stretch of the year came in May 2025 at the Esports World Cup Pacific Qualifier, where they reached the semifinal before falling to DRX.
