The
Game Changers team of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent club,
Falcons Vega, have reached a verbal agreement with Kelly "shirazi" Jaudian to complete its roster, as well as with David "Dav1" Miljanić for the Head Coach position. Previously active in EMEA with a majority of Saudi players, the club has made a major shift toward the Pacific region in 2025 with the arrivals of Alexandria "
Alexy" Francisco, Odella "
enerii" Abraham and Camille "
Kamiyu" Enriquez from Xipto Esports, where they had dominated the regional competition in 2024.
shirazi also played for Xipto in 2024 but was not part of the roster in 2025 nor included in the move to Falcons. Primarily active on Initiators, the Filipino player joined China at the start of last year, signing with Nova Esports, where she went on to dominate throughout the season. Winners of Split 1 and Split 2, shirazi and her teammates secured, with that second title, a qualifying spot for the
VALORANT Game Changers Championship, held at LoL Park in Seoul.
Reunion to chase titles
For her second World Championship appearance, the Filipino player opened with a 2-0 win against Ninetails, the Pacific #2 seed, a strong start that also marked China’s first victory in the competition, in what was its third appearance at the event. The momentum quickly faded after a loss to G2 Gozen, the dominant team from the EMEA region, who defeated Nova 2-0 and sent them to the lower bracket. Against KRÜ Blaze, representatives of South America, shirazi and her teammates were unable to find answers, despite a very close first map that went to overtime. Largely absent in the following map, the Chinese organization’s players were ultimately eliminated after this second loss but still left their mark on the region’s history.
For 2026, Nova is set to lose shirazi, who is expected to join Falcons, marking her return to the Pacific region. She replaces Maryam “Mary” Maher, World Champion with G2 Esports in 2022, who left at the end of 2025 after completing the Falcons Vega roster until then. The fifth spot remains held by Modhi "
madv" Alkanhal, the project’s captain and the most well-known Saudi player in
VALORANT esports, who has been with the club since mid-2022, effectively an eternity in this scene. She remains the organization’s final anchor to the MENA region, but a crucial one, as she largely enables the continuation of the division, as recently explained by the club’s sporting irector. In a recent interview with
L’Équipe, Jordan “Next” Savelli stated: “
We’re keeping the Game Changers because we have a player named Madv who, in Saudi Arabia, can’t walk five meters without being recognized. She’s a superstar.”
Finally, the 2026 season will also begin with the addition of a new Head Coach, as David "Dav1" Miljanić joins from The Ultimates, another Saudi organization. Having previously worked with VLT in South Asia, he has been active in VCL MENA since early 2024, first with NASR, then with TU in 2025, where he secured qualification for Challengers EMEA Stage 3, though without making it out of groups. With Falcons Vega, one of the favored rosters in the Pacific, this will mark his first experience in Game Changers. After failing to qualify for Worlds in 2025, finishing third in the qualifier, just one spot short of the goal, Falcons clearly aim to reach the GC Championship in 2026.
