BK ROG eliminate
Vitality.Bee from the
2025 LFL Spring Split Playoffs. By sweeping them 3-0, BK ROG reclaim a spot on the league podium—something they hadn't achieved since their second-place finish in Summer 2023. Next Wednesday, they'll face Gentle Mates for a shot at reaching the Spring Split final. With this victory, BKR joins
Karmine Corp Blue and
Gentle Mates as one of the
three LFL teams that qualified for the EMEA Masters Spring.
This will mark BKR’s third appearance at the EMEA Masters in their history. They were arguably the least expected team among the four contenders with a shot at the lower bracket final. However, their spot is well deserved, having
swept Ici Japon Corp. Esport 3-0 in the previous round and now doing the same to Vitality.Bee. All five BKR players seem to be at their individual peaks, and are showing strong team synergy. Théo "
Booshi" Mouchiroud, in his first split in the LFL, has already surpassed the symbolic 100-kill mark—an emblem of the team’s dominance.
After the match, Vitality players acknowledged their defeat on social media. Kadir "
Fleshy" Kemiksiz noted improvements since the start of the year but said he felt they hit a ceiling during the series. Mads "
Doss" Schwartz, for his part, highlighted that BKR's sudden scaling was the result of heavy team practice, including intensive 7-hour scrim blocks.
With BK ROG joining the top three, the LFL is about to see an entirely new podium lineup since the league’s inception in 2019. Each team has something different at stake:
The verdict will come next week, as the final two matches of the split will also determine LFL teams' seeding for the EMEA Masters. Don’t miss BKR vs. Gentle Mates on Wednesday at 6 PM.
