League of Legends: Up&Down tournament results in the 13 ERLs

At the end of the Summer Split, the Up&Down tournaments began in the 13 ERLs, which are the national League of Legends leagues in the EMEA region. These promotion/relegation tournaments pit the worst teams from the first divisions against the best teams from the second divisions in each country, with different modalities.
