Rekkles will explore opportunities as AD Carry, Support, and Coach for 2027

During a stream on Monday, March 16, Martin "" Larsson talked about his future after spending just over a year with and, more recently, . The King in the North stated, "I want to look for opportunities as an ADC, Support, or Coach," referring to 2027, as he plans to continue streaming solo queue and League of Legends competitions for the rest of the year.

The Swedish player is currently co-streaming the 2026 First Stand, taking place in São Paulo, Brazil, and mentioned that he wants to do a bootcamp in Korea from May 4 to June 15. He plans to follow that up with co-streaming the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational, which will be held in Daejeon before taking a vacation.

This is great news for nostalgic LEC fans, as Rekkles is opening the door to a return to the AD Carry role after three years as a support, during which he played for T1 Academy in the LCK CL and for Los Ratones in the NLC and LEC Versus, winning two EMEA Masters editions in 2025.

Rekkles also mentioned that co-streaming LoL allows him to stay “big picture League of Legends focused for the majority of the year,” which would help him if he chooses to go into coaching next year, while in solo queue he plans to alternate between the two botlane roles.

By Winter 2027, Rekkles will be 30, an age rarely reached in today’s esports ecosystem. Yet he still seems as aggressive and ready to compete at the highest level. More recently, Rekkles and three former Los Ratones players created their own team, Witchcraft, to compete in the EMEA Masters Winter Split. Placed in Group D, Rekkles and his team fell twice to G2 NORD, failing to qualify for the Playoffs.
