LEC Summer Split 2026 Team of the week 2

The LEC returned to its usual format this week. After Karmine Corp's Roadtrip event opened the Summer Split, all ten teams were back in Berlin for the second four-day week of competition. There were few changes at the top of the standings, however, as the four teams that occupied the top four after Week 1 all held onto their positions, with Karmine Corp remaining undefeated at the summit.

Much like their teams, the league's standout players continued to impress throughout the weekend. Sheep Esports' Team of the Week, limited to a maximum of two players per team, features toplaner , jungler , midlaner , AD Carry and support . To reward his two victories and high-level series this week, Jojopyun is our MVP of the week.

The Spring Split regular season MVP has carried his form into Summer. After a difficult opening week against the league's strongest teams, the Turkish toplaner stole the show in Friday's series against Team Heretics. Following a solid first game on Yorick, he truly took over in Game 2 with a commanding performance on Akali. He finished the game with a 9/1/4 KDA while building a gold lead of more than 7,700 over his lane opponent, Sebastian "Tracyn" Wojtoń, who had little opportunity to influence a heavily unfavourable matchup.

After opening the split with three straight defeats, Movistar KOI bounced back this week, largely thanks to the influence of their captain. Although Elyoya made a costly mistake that handed Shifters the opening game of the series, he was untouchable for the remainder of the match, finding impact throughout on both Lee Sin and, above all, Trundle. Against Fnatic, he once again proved decisive, particularly through his synergy with Jojopyun, as the duo consistently outperformed their counterparts.

As has often been the case in what has become a rather one-sided rivalry, Jojopyun was once again outstanding against Vladimiros "Vladi" Kourtidis, dominating the series and deservedly earning the Series MVP award. He capped off the match with an excellent performance on Akali, a champion that is increasingly becoming one of his signature picks. While he played a more supportive, setup-oriented role against Shifters with Galio and Taliyah, he remained consistently effective. Together with Elyoya, he has helped steer Movistar KOI back on course after a difficult opening week.

Karmine Corp and their French marksman continued their excellent start to the Summer Split by maintaining first place in the standings. Following an already impressive opening week, Caliste picked up two more victories and remained undefeated on Viktor, extending his streak to five wins in five games dating back to the Esports World Cup. Consistently reliable throughout the weekend, he finished with another standout display on Ashe against Team Heretics, combining precision with remarkable consistency.

Where one goes, the other follows. Busio joins his AD Carry in this week's lineup, benefiting from a week in which no support player truly stood above the rest. Although he was put under pressure at times against NAVI, he consistently delivered when it mattered most. He followed that up with composed performances against Team Heretics on both Shen and Seraphine, playing a key role in securing another comfortable victory for Karmine Corp.
