The tournament will be structured across three distinct phases. It will open with the Champions Round, in which the champions of the eight highest-ranked ERL leagues will face one another in a best-of-three series. The winners will advance directly to the playoffs, while the defeated teams will move into the Group Stage.
The latter will feature eight groups of four teams, with each group winner progressing to the next round and the remaining teams eliminated. Finally, the twelve remaining teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket played in best-of-three series, with the exception of the grand final, which will be contested as a best-of-five.
