Without much success and without a single
Pacific League playoff appearance since the current
VALORANT Champions Tour format was introduced, Global Esports finally found their footing this year. The arrivals of Kale "
autumn" Dunne from FunPlus Phoenix, Patrick "
PatMen" Mendoza from Paper Rex, and Xavier "
xavi8k" Juan as the team's In-Game Leader indeed appeared to bring real momentum to the project.
But while Global Esports had finally broken their streak, reaching their first-ever Stage 1 playoff appearance and their first international LAN event at Masters London, the Indian organization made the surprising decision to part ways with Hector "
FrosT" Rosario, as announced by
Rushindra Sinha, CEO of Global Esports. According to our info, he is expected to join FULL SENSE in the coming days ahead of VCT Pacific Stage 2, strengthening the Thai organization's coaching staff.
That breakthrough success makes his sudden departure all the more surprising. According to sources close to Sheep Esports, the North American coach had significant disagreements with part of the roster, ultimately leading to his removal and opening the door to this new opportunity.
The Thai organization, which joined VCT Pacific this season following the dissolution of
TALON, is set to add another coach to a staff already featuring Thanaphat "
THEE" Limpaphan and Panyawat "
sushiboys" Subsiriroj. In many ways, it is a return home for FrosT, who coached and worked with much of this core during TALON's run between 2024 and 2025.
