The 2026 Circuit Brazilian
League of Legends (
CBLOL) Cup marked Brazilâs return to Tier 1 competition after a year merged with North America under the
LTA banner. The immense support shown by the faithfully loyal Brazilian
torcida was evident during the Grand Finals of the first tournament under their historical name. The repeat of the Upper Bracket Final and a first-ever final encounter saw
defeat
to add their fifth title in six splits.
This final had 443,217 peak concurrent viewers, making it the most-watched series of the CBLOL Cup 2026, according to numbers from EsportsCharts. LOUDâs popularity canât be underestimated, as their matches against LĂS, the Upper Bracker series against RED, and the first playoff match against Vivo Keyd Stars are listed as second, third, and fourth place, respectively. The list is rounded out by Pain Gaming and Leviatanâs encounter from the end of the regular season.
Dismantling the South
Across all three LTA South splits, only Split 1 and Split 2âs most-viewed match barely surpasses the second most-viewed match from the 2026 CBLOL Cup, representing close to a 41% increase. Split 3âs 219,740 peak concurrent viewers are barely less than half of the final played between LOUD and RED Canids.
Even if we include the most-viewed cross-conference match between the LTA North and LTA South teams, the 2025 LTA Championship Final between FlyQuest and VKS had 318,462 peak concurrent viewers. This places the 2026 CBLOL Cup as the second-most-watched League of Legends tournament in Brazil, just below Split 1 in 2024.
Iâm the captain now
The CBLOL Cup greatly eclipses the numbers from the 2026 LCS Lock-In Tournament, the other Tier 1 tournament on the American continent. The fifth most-watched match in the CBLOL Cup, a Bo1 regular season match between Pain Gaming and Leviatan, had 7.5k more viewers than the
LCS Lock-In Finals between LYON and Cloud9.
The most popular co-streamer was Ilha das Lendas Gustavo âBaiano" Gomes, attracting thousands of viewers thanks to his multiplatform streaming. Across several Tier 1 leagues, CBLOL places in third place, just behind the EMEAâs LEC and South Koreaâs LCK.
