A new map in France for Champions Paris
On Tuesday, Riot Games announced its new map rotation for Episode 4 of VALORANT, set to launch on June 24. Among the maps is a brand-new one, which appears to be set in France, in a location resembling Mont Saint-Michel, and the map could be named "Bastion". This new map will be revealed for the first time on June 22, just before the grand finals of the Masters Toronto, during a showmatch featuring influencers.

For the upcoming Episode 4, it's Pearl and Split that will be leaving the map rotation, making way for the return of Bind and the debut of an entirely new map. The desert-themed map will return after 110 days of absence (Patch 10.04 – March 4th, 2025).
The complete list of maps available from June 24:
- Ascent
- Haven
- Icebox
- Lotus
- Sunset
- Bind (NEW)
- New Map (NEW)
Why do maps disappear and return?
VALORANT features a rotating map pool designed to maintain a dynamic and balanced gameplay experience. In both competitive and unranked modes, only seven maps are available simultaneously, with others temporarily removed to allow for updates, reworks, or balancing adjustments by Riot Games, for example.
