VCT EMEA stats are bad
Stage 2 of the four International Leagues of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 has concluded with a surprising and unprecedented shift in viewership numbers. For the very first time, VCT Americas (155,558 average viewers) is no longer the most-watched league of the circuit, narrowly overtaken by VCT Pacific, which recorded an average of 155,918 viewers.
A neck-and-neck duo
According to data from Esports Charts, VCT Americas Stage 2 accumulated 18.2 million hours watched with a peak of 295,000 viewers, marking a 25% drop compared to Stage 1. Even the grand final, where G2 Esports defeated NRG, was not enough to boost the peak numbers.

On the other hand, VCT Pacific Stage 2 emerged as the league with the highest average audience, significantly helped by the vast number of broadcasts across Asia, from South Korea to Indonesia. Its LAN final in Tokyo, between Paper Rex and Rex Regum Qeon, reached a peak of 426,900 viewers, the highest across all four International Leagues. In total, the tournament generated 17.5 million hours watched, which still places it just behind the Americas league overall.
The other two in trouble
As for EMEA, the league registered 12.2 million hours watched with a peak of 274,000 viewers. Esports Charts highlights the strong contribution of Turkey, where support for BBL Esports pushed the Turkish-speaking audience above 100,000 viewers, with a large portion tuning in through Kick.
Finally, VCT China remains far behind in terms of Western visibility, with 1.2 million hours watched and a peak of 37,500 viewers, though it continues to show steady growth on the global stage. These numbers must also be considered with caution, as Chinese streaming platforms are not fully accounted for, meaning the actual viewership in the region is likely significantly higher.
